Description

The Contracting Entity hereby publishes the invitation to tender for the Framework Agreement for the purchase and supply of filters and products for filtering for laboratory use. It is a joint procurement carried out by the following contracting entities: University of Southern Denmark (SDU), Aarhus University (AU), Aalborg University (AAU), Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and University of Copenhagen (KU). Collectively referred to as ‘Contracting Party’. Aalborg University has overall responsibility for the procurement process. The tender concerns a four-year framework agreement for the purchase and supply of filters and products for filtration for laboratory use. The purpose of the tender is to make the university's purchase of filters and products for filtering competitive to the laboratories. Against this background, the Framework Agreement should help the Contracting Authority to obtain quality products at good prices. It is therefore essential for the Ordering Party that the Tenderers focus in their tenders on offering good prices that correspond to the size of the Ordering Party in the market. Separate framework agreements are concluded with up to three (3) suppliers. The offering is a range offering. For a detailed description of the products offered, including the requirements to be met by the goods, please refer to Annex 2 – List of Offers, as well as any corrigenda and answers to questions. The offer list is divided into the following product groups: • Centrifugal Filter • Cell Strainer • Paper Filter • Filter Plates • Glass Filter • Spray Filter • Membrane Filter • Filtering Systems - Complete • Filtering Systems - Top • Quartz Filter The offer list represents the full range. It is therefore intended to conclude separate framework agreements with up to three suppliers covering the products on the tender list, and the framework agreement is thus not divided into sub-contracts for product groups.
