Description

The municipality of Ruokolahti procures school transport for pre-primary and basic education pupils to the Ruokolahti school from the whole municipality's territory, as well as service transport from different areas of the municipality to the municipal centre and back. The municipality of Ruokolahti has one school, Ruokolahti School, located at Metsolantie 7, 56100 Ruokolahti. The school day starts at 9 a.m. and usually ends at 3 p.m. In the afternoon, transport will also be arranged for pupils in the sub-classes at 1 p.m. and/or 2 p.m., depending on the school's rules of procedure and transport needs. All transport is open public transport and free passenger seats can also be used as service and service transport for adult passengers. Transport is to be provided partly by bus (part A), partly by taxis or small buses (parts B and C). Taxi fleets can also be used to drive feeder transports to buses. In addition, the part to be carried out as a framework contract (Part D) is included.
