Description

The purpose of this framework agreement is for the Constanța City Hall to purchase the service of ensuring the integrity of public and private property belonging to the municipality of Constanţa. The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the closing date for submission of tenders.
