The subject of the contract provides for periodic deliveries in case of need for chemical products or laboratory products for general and specific purposes, and the frequency of deliveries during the term of the contracts will depend on the specific needs of the end users (applicants from a structure of the Contracting Authority). The contracting authority reserves the right to "Option for additional deliveries" if necessary to provide items that are not separated by type and quantity in Annex 1 - Technical specifications (MS excel format tables) of this documentation. The additional supplies should be of the same section, group and class of the CPV (Common Procurement Vocabulary) and can be delivered with the same capacity, experience and capabilities required of participants in the procedure.
