Description

The target of the procurement is a waste heat recovery plant, which will be implemented with heat pumps as a container solution. The primary purpose of the plant is the cooling of the data centre. The secondary purpose of the plant is to process heat recovered from cooling into heat suitable for the district heating network.
The procurement is a total delivery, which includes all the necessary design, equipment, installations, testing and commissioning as well as the trial operation of the plant. The documentation of the delivery and the training of the operation and maintenance personnel are also included in the procurement.
The delivery content, the operation of the plant and plant units as well as the technical values will be specified at a later stage of the tendering process.
The plant must be fully completed and tested on a preliminary basis by 30 June 2024.
As options for this purchase, you will be asked:
1) Critical and service spare parts for the warranty period (part specification and prices)
2) Maintenance and servicing after the warranty period (annual contract price)
3) Critical spare parts for 10 years service life and operative 2 years spare parts (part specification and prices)
The Supplier shall undertake to carry out the delivery in accordance with the timetable specified by the Customer. The timetable shall be binding on all parties to the project. Changes to the schedule require the approval of all parties.
