Numbering in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Order hereinafter referred to as SWZ available on the purchasing platform at the following address: https://procurement-mrpips.eza nakazjacy.pl/pn/procurement-mrpips/demand/307411/notice/public/details 3.1. The subject of the contract are services related to the Information System Electronic National Disability Monitoring System (SI EKSMOoN) in the scope of: 3.1.1. development; 3.1.2. maintenance including administration and rectification of failures and errors; 3.1.3. supporting users and providing the Hot-line service; 3.2. Detailed information on the description of the subject, scope and conditions of performance of the subject of the contract are set out in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (PPU) constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ.
