Poland-Warsaw: Computer equipment and supplies
1. The subject of the contract is the sale and supply of computer equipment for organisational units and central administration at the University of Warsaw, which are located in Warsaw.
2. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is the Technical Specifications, which can be found on the Contracting Authority’s website: www.uw.edu.pl.
3. The equipment will be supplied without sealed enclosures with marked main components with the possibility of installing extensions without losing the warranty.
4. All components of computer kits, printers, portable computers, computer accessories, etc. must be new (not used).
5. All equipment shall have all the appropriate wiring necessary for the individual devices to be activated.
6. All the elements specified in the description of the subject-matter of the contract must form an integral part of the equipment. The contracting authority shall not allow equipment to be configured with external elements, except where the description of the subject-matter of the contract clearly indicates this.
7. The equipment is to be delivered to the Contracting Authority’s premises and put into service at the place indicated by the user.
8. In cases where the contracting authority has described the subject-matter of the contract by indicating trade marks or origin, economic operators are required to offer equipment specified in the description of the subject-matter of the contract or equivalent with such parameters, but not lower than those indicated by the Contracting Authority.
9. The contracting authority shall allow equivalent tenders to be submitted.
10. Contractors are required to acquaint themselves with the subject-matter of the contract.

12. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted.
Therefore, each specified lot (14 lots) should be treated as a separate subject of the contract (separate contracts), any provisions relating to a tender should be understood as a partial tender.

14. The Contractor shall be responsible for the quality of the supplies provided and the components used.
15. Where software is installed in computers, it is up to each computer unit to provide a separate medium with the software together with the relevant certificate/licence.
