Description

The purpose of this call for tenders is to conclude a framework contract for the purchase of dairy products for the period 19.05.2025-18.05.2028 or until the maximum total value of the framework contract – EUR 1 445 000 excluding VAT – is reached, whichever comes first. The contract is divided into seven lots. A tender may be submitted for one or more lots. The framework contract will be awarded to up to three qualified tenderers who have submitted an admissible tender for the period 19.05.2025-18.05.2028. For the award of contracts under a framework agreement, the contracting authority shall organise reopening of competitions between the partners in the framework agreement. There shall be no reopening of competition for the award of a contract under the first framework contract.
