The subject of the contract is the development of executive designs and execution of construction works for Task 1 involving the reconstruction and extension of track systems and reconstruction of the remaining accompanying railway infrastructure at the Szczecin Port Centralny station.
The entire subject of the contract includes the performance of:
1) Implementing projects necessary for the proper execution of all works and obtaining all the required opinions, arrangements, approvals, conditions, decisions and permits necessary to perform the subject of the contract;
2) All construction works in accordance with the scope of the contract on the basis of construction projects submitted by the Contracting Authority, the Functional and Utility Programme and executive designs referred to in point 1, developed by the Contractor and approved by the Contracting Authority, as well as all preparatory works necessary to perform the entrusted contract and perform all activities required by the Law;
