The subject of the tender is the award of maintenance and testing services for power and hand-operated systems with and without locking systems. --- The contract comprises the following main services: •Maintenance, inspection and documentation •Functional testing of locking systems •Safety testing •Testing according to DGUV - regulation 4 --- The order includes the following services: •Establishment of operating/audit books •Provision of aerial work platforms or comparable work equipment •Hourly billing rates for maintenance measures are agreed •Additional surcharge rates (in %) are agreed for services outside the normal working hours •A lump sum is agreed for arrival and departure for services that are not carried out together with the regular services •Additional functional tests of the locking systems, which may be necessary in accordance with DIN 14677 --- The order includes the following scope of services: Manually operated systems: 1,235 doors: •759 hinged doors; 1 TF; without FSA •118 swing doors; 2 TF; without FSA •224 swing doors; 1 TF; with FSA •134 swing door; 2 TF; with FSA 5 goals: •5 sliding gates; FSA-powered installations: 2 doors: •1 hinged door; 1 TF; without FSA •1 swing door; 1 TF; with FSA 8 other power-operated systems: •4 Barrier systems •2 Fire curtains •1 Partition curtain •1 Sliding gate; without FSA A total of 1,250 manual and power-operated systems. --- Further information can be found in the special terms and conditions of the contract, in the attached annexes and in the schedule of services.
