Description

Expert consulting services for the management, improvement and development of the Wastewater Management Information System (NTIS) are purchased. The time limit for the provision of services shall be 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. The provision of services, in case of further financing and the need for improvement and/or development of the NRIS, may be extended twice after 12 months. The purchase contract shall be subject to fixed-rate pricing. The services (preliminary comparative amount of 1000 working hours over 12 months) will be purchased according to the need at the hourly rate specified in the supplier's offer, for a maximum of EUR 45 000.00 including VAT over 12 months (maximum value of the purchase contract), with the possibility to extend the provision of services by the same amount of purchase 2 times after 12 months, subject to financing and need. The Customer shall not be obliged to purchase services for the maximum value of the purchase contract. The most economically advantageous tender shall be selected on the basis of price-quality ratio. Payment shall be made at least once a quarter for the services actually provided, in accordance with the report on the services provided by the supplier, which must indicate the tasks performed and the time (during business hours) when they are performed, and the service transfer-acceptance certificate signed by the parties. The customer shall pay the supplier for the services properly and on time no later than 30 days from the date of submission of the correct VAT invoice/invoice.
