Description

In dem Forschungsprojekt „KIRA - KI-basierter Regelbetrieb Autonomer On-Demand-Verkehre“ werden Fahrzeuge ohne Fahrer im straßengebundenen ÖPNV mit „Normal“-Geschwindigkeit eingesetzt. Die Fahrzeuge werden darüber hinaus flexibel auf nahezu allen Straßen eines Gebietes und nicht nur auf ausgewiesenen Strecken zum Einsatz kommen. Erstmals werden die hierzu notwendigen Prozesse gemäß AFGBV umgesetzt. Die autonome Technologie wird in ein vorhandenes Angebot vollintegriert inklusive der Verwendung der bereits im Markt etablierten Buchungs-Apps. Hierdurch können Kundenerfahrungen erstmals im Echtbetrieb gesammelt und wissenschaftlich ausgewertet werden.
