Description

As a result of the procedure, the contracting authority shall conclude a framework contract for the refurbishment of generators and starter motors necessary for the operation of buses operated by MÁV Passenger Transport Zrt. for a total amount of HUF 192 000 000 for a period of 12+12 months or, if earlier, until the total amount has been exhausted. The contracting authority carries out the procedure with two sub-tender options: Part 1: Refurbishment of generators, 3461 pcs/year Part 2: Refurbishment of starter motors, 1334 pieces/year The contracting authority does not undertake the above quantities, they are indicative, and the contracting authority undertakes to draw down only 50% of the budget. The tenderer shall undertake a minimum 12 months warranty for the refurbished products from the date of delivery and receipt of the refurbished product, without any limit of km, unless a mandatory provision of law requires a longer warranty obligation.
