PL-Kunów: sewer construction work
The subject-matter of the contract is the execution of construction works for the construction of a sewerage network to order water and waste water management in the municipality of Kunów, involving the construction of gravitational, pressure and pressure pipelines, network pumping stations, together with infrastructure and back-up pumping stations.
The scope of the works covered by the present proceedings covers the territory of the municipality of Kunów. The construction of the sanitary sewerage system of Wymyślów includes, outside the municipality of Kunów, the construction of a compressor channel in Ostrowiec Św. to the place where Ostrowiec Św. ul. Cologne Robotnicza.
The construction of the Boxycka sanitary sewerage involves, outside the municipality of Kunów, the construction of a compression channel with a crossing through the PKP track and integration into Chmielów and the construction of a P2 pumping station, together with gravity and pressure channels in Bieliny, in the municipality of Bodzechów.
The scope of the contract carried out by the Municipality of Kunów covers the execution of the following works:
2.2.1 Construction of sanitary sewerage – Inventories.
(a) gravity sanitary ducts from polypropylene pipes PP SN-8 kPa on KS1 – KS5 with D=250 mm length 2.900 mb and D=200 mm length 3960 mb;
(b) pressure sanitary ducts from PE SDR pipes – 17 with connections to RT1 – RT5 with D=75-125 mm length 2440 mb;
(C) complete mains pumping stations P1, P2, P3, P4, P5: made of a base plate, a polymer concrete container with a diameter of 1200 to 1 500 mm, each equipped with two pumps of 1,1-4.0 kW, metallic components made of acid-resistant stainless steel. The three pumping stations (P1, P2, P3) will be equipped with a transportable diesel generator with a switchboard and two sockets, on a single-axle trailer for emergency power with a power adapted to the maximum capacity of the pumping station. The equipment of the pumping station shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements set out in the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works. Pumping stations equipped with 2 flooding pumps operating alternately with an active reserve, equipped with a scrubbing valve or a scrubbing circuit, shall be provided with an extension of the mandrel (ground service), a safety grille and a filter ventilation fireplace.
Pumping stations will be powered from the mains via a CC with a control cabinet capable of being powered from portable power generators.
Pumping station P1 equipped with a measuring point to settle with MWiK Ostrowiec Św. Pumping station infrastructure: the panel fence on concrete combustibles, entry gates with a door, a concrete ankle, on the side of property owners and planted with medium green, is high. 60, – 70 cm for 10 per object. Display descriptive plaques with Union emblems on fencing doors;
(D) domestic pumping stations – 2 units (Janik, Ideas) P8 and P9 with concrete reservoir D=1 000 mm, EP compressor channels D=63 mm in length 244 mm incorporated into the gravity channel, powered from the building’s power grid (power not covered by the proceedings – connections to be made by landowners). Domestic waste water pumping stations will be constructed as typical concrete, equipped with one pump with fittings and control systems;
(e) sewerage wells – standard concrete with heavy class D manholes protected against theft, equipped with factory leak-proof passageways, located in the middle of the lane;
(F) expansion wells – polyethylene equipped with anti-odour filters.
Crossings on district roads, communal roads and ditches shall be carried out by means of horizontally controlled drilling in steel casing pipes (400 to 600 mm).
On the investment site, the contractor will be obliged to place temporary information boards – 2 items on stand-alone steel structures, carried out in accordance with the project and programme guidelines for construction works co-financed by EU funds.
The subject-matter of the contract also includes the development of the existing monitoring and visualisation of the pumping station’s work by means of direct transmission of data from the work of the basic control equipment.
Network pumping stations will work in a telemetric information monitoring system that will:
(a) two-way data transmission – reading by the controller user with the current performance of the waste water pumping station,
(b) remote direct monitoring of the operation of the device (remote change of device performance, copying of archive data, work diagnostics) and control of pumps.
(C) connection to the central monitoring database for 24/7 service supervision of the waste water pumping station.
The parameters monitored concern the visualisation of the pumping station’s operation and the transmission of states and concern: loss of voltage, level, amount of effluent in the tank, pump operation – data transmission, alert states, interactive control of pumps and intrusions.
The recipient of the information will be the Kunów waste water treatment plant located around. 8 km from the pumping station.
Monitoring will be built in synergy with the existing pumping station monitoring system in the municipality of Kunów. Data transmission in the GPS/GPRS system to the IP address of the unit working and operating the monitoring. Monitoring should also cover the pumping station flow meter parameters available to the operator, i.e. ZGKM and for the waste water collector of the MWiK in Ostrovets Św. This monitoring should be carried out on the basis of a detailed description of the STWiOR.
2.2.2 Construction of sanitary sewerage – Boxycka.
(a) gravity sanitary ducts from PVC-U SDR 34-8 kPa pipes with connectors D=200 mm in length 6932 mb;
(b) pressure sanitary ducts from PE SDR pipes – 17 with connections to RT1 – RT3 with D=90 – 110 mm length 1167 mb;
(C) complete mains pumping stations P1, P2, P3: built on a foundation plate, a polymer concrete container with a diameter of 1200 to 1 500 mm, each equipped with 2 pumps of 1,3 to 7.5 kW, metallic components made of acid-resistant stainless steel. Pumping stations equipped with storage tanks of 3, 20 and 53 m³. Pumping station No 1 will be equipped with a transportable diesel power generator with a switchboard and two sockets, on a single axle trailer for emergency power with a power adapted to the maximum capacity of the pumping station.
