Description

Amgros wishes to invite all interested pharmaceutical suppliers to a market dialogue on the development of new agreement templates for the negotiation of new ATMP therapies for Denmark. A working draft of the new template with annexes can be obtained by writing to med@amgros.dk ‘marked ATMP agreement market dialogue’. Amgros would welcome written input by 14 November 2025. The material is in English, but you can comment on it in both Danish and English. Inquiries should therefore not be made via EU-Supply, but by writing to medicin@amgros.dk. If you wish to participate in a physical meeting about the templates, you are welcome to sign up for a meeting in Amgros on Dampfærgevej 27-29, 2100 Copenhagen Ø on November 24 at 12-14. The meeting will be held in Danish. At the meeting there will be an opportunity to ask questions about the material. All interested suppliers are kindly requested to send an email to medicin@amgros.dk with a request to participate no later than 14 November 2025.
