Description

1.1 The subject matter of the contract is divided into the following lots:
Part 1 covers:
— the supply of propane liquefied petroleum gas with a parameter of not less than 0.04570 GJ/kg, 240 000 litres (a guaranteed quantity of 180 000 litres, remaining subject to the needs of the Contracting Authority) by transport to the local Automobile Service Station boiler room (at his expense). Transport KWP Legnica branch at ul. Steep 4, in the 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 heating seasons.
— the installation of 3 gas tanks with a capacity of 6 700 litres each, in place of the installation currently in place; the installation is installed on the premises of the Provincial Police Headquarters at Legnica ul. Stroke 4;
— technical acceptance of the assembly of tanks and existing external installations by persons holding the appropriate authorisation,
— free of charge servicing of the external gas installation and the installed tanks throughout the duration of the contract,
— periodic inspections by the UDT for the location of the tanks.
— lease of tanks for the duration of the contract.
Part 2 covers:
— supply of propane liquefied petroleum gas with a parameter of not less than 0.04570 GJ/kg, 18 000 litres (a guaranteed quantity of 16 000 litres, remaining part subject to the needs of the Contracting Authority) by the Contractor (at his expense) to the local police station at ul. Cut-off 3, for the heating seasons 2013/2014 and 2014/2015.
— the installation of a 4 850 litre gas tank instead of the installation currently in place; the installation is installed on the site of the Police Headquarters in Międzylesiu at ul. Border 3;
— technical acceptance of the assembly of tanks and existing external installations by persons holding the appropriate authorisation,
— free of charge servicing of the external gas installation and the installed tanks throughout the duration of the contract,
— periodic inspections by the UDT for the location of the tanks.
