Description

IPO/BIJ12 carries out a European public tender on behalf of several provinces (Participants) for the conclusion of a Framework Agreement with one Contractor for Security Operations Center (SOC) services. The Assignment includes the provision of SOC services aimed at monitoring, detecting, analyzing and monitoring security incidents and threats within IT and (optional) OT environments. The service consists of a mandatory basic package (including security monitoring, incident response, threat intelligence and reporting) and optional additional services. The service is implemented in phases per Participant and offers room for scaling up and further development during the term of the Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority estimates the financial scope of the contract at approximately €2,500,000 to €12,000,000 per contract year. In the initial phase, the costs are expected to be lower; they may increase over time, inter alia as a result of the decrease in optional services and further scaling-up of services.
