Het CAK wil met deze aanbesteding de inhuur van ICT-personeel aanbesteding. Het CAK wil in de toekomst komen tot de beste invulling van inhuur behoefte. Dit betekent dat niet alleen de kennis/capaciteitsbehoefte moet aansluiten aan de huidige behoefte, anderzijds moet het CAK ook anticiperen op toekomstige wervingsbehoefte. Om die reden zoekt het CAK een mantelpartij die namens ons de complete markt kan benaderen.
