The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of a spectral database for the identification and quantification of metabolites from different biological matrices, together with services related to the subject of the supply in accordance with the specification set out in the Draft Purchase Contract (Annex 3 to the tender documentation). Absolute (minimum) technical requirements: Metabolomics spectral libraries for evaluation of untargeted metabolomics analyses. Compatible with Bruker timsTOF Pro and timsTOF SCP mass spectrometers. Compatible with Metaboscape® evaluation software. Metabolomics library A Metabolomics library (metabolites, pesticides, toxicologically significant substances) including surveillance (MS) and tandem (MS/MS) spectra with mass measurement accuracy of at least 10ppm with spectra of at least 70,000 analytes. Metabolomics library B Metabolomics library for human metabolom including survey (MS) and tandem (MS/MS) spectra with mass measurement accuracy of at least 10ppm with spectra of at least 500 analytes. Metabolomics library of overview (MS) and tandem (MS/MS) spectra of NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) with mass measurement accuracy of at least 10 ppm with spectra of at least 20,000 analytes.
