(Number in accordance with the FTZ) The subject-matter of the present proceedings is: Execution and delivery of registration plates for the needs of the City of Łódź Office in 2026 and receipt of decommissioned registration plates A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract can be found in Annex No 1 to the FTZ. The grounds for exclusion and the conditions for participation in the procedure can be found in the documentation of the procedure. Time limit for the execution of the contract using the right of option: from the date of conclusion of the contract (but not earlier than 1 January 2026) to 31 December 2026 8.3 Information for contractors jointly applying for the contract (e.g. Consortium, civil law partnerships) 8.3.1 The contracting authority in relation to the contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract with regard to the condition relating to technical or professional capacity allows the contractors to meet the condition jointly 8.3.2 Fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure by the contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract will be verified by the contracting authority in accordance with Art. 2 of the PPL Act. 8.3.3 Contractors jointly applying for a contract, together with the tender, shall submit a statement indicating which scope of the subject of the contract will be performed by each Contractor. This declaration is attached as Annex 8 to the FTZ 40. FINAL INFORMATION 40.1 The Ordering Party does not provide: 40.1.1. the conclusion of a framework agreement; 40.1.2. submission of variants and partial offers; 40.1.3. settlement in foreign currencies; 40.1.4. electronic auction 40.1.5. reimbursement of costs of participation in the proceedings; 40.1.6. the possibility of awarding a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services on the basis of Art. 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Act 40.1.7. the requirement or possibility of submitting offers in the form of electronic catalogues· or attaching electronic catalogues to the offer; 40.1.8. An on-site inspection by the Contractor or verification by the Contractor of the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on the spot from the Contracting Authority. 40.2 The Employer provides for an option right under Article 441 of the PPL – The Employer may exercise the option right during the term of the contract. 40.2.1 The Employer, during the term of the contract, may exercise the right of option and increase the order in the amount of up to 55% of the contract value 40.2.2 The exercise of the right of option may take place in the event of greater than the expected demand for individual types of license plates The Employer will be able to exercise the right of option and increase the number of ordered individual types of license plates, but not more than by 55% of the total gross order value with simultaneous increase in remuneration, on the basis and taking into account the applicable unit prices during the execution of the contract 40.2.3 The Employer reserves the right to reduce the number of ordered individual types of license plates to 20% with simultaneous reduction in the value of remuneration. Failure by the Ordering Party to purchase 20% of the amount of the subject of the contract may not constitute a basis for claims for damages on the part of the Contractor for failure to perform the contract.
