Denmark-Copenhagen: Construction work
The project concerns new construction for use by the University of Southern Denmark (SDU). The Building Agency is the owner and SDU is a tenant. The construction sector is office construction for teaching, research and administrative purposes. The building must include teaching rooms, libraries, meeting rooms, groupings, student skills and research offices, etc.
The new construction works will be built together with the existing building of the technical college UC South. The merger between the existing and the new building forms a small but substantial part of the new building.
The new construction is to be built in two floors of a total of approximately 7 650 m², with approximately 614 m² of cellars. Included in the works contract are entrance, roads and parking, including the extension of the parking area with a new entrance to Degnevej. In addition, gardening facilities, including furniture and relief and bicycle parking, are included in the general contract. In addition, decomposition and disposal of German concrete bunkers.
An outline project, building programme and design manual have been prepared for the project.
