Description

Maastricht municipality plans to sell the former monastery to Rue Capucijne 43-45. The partly monumental object is located in the inner city of Maastricht on a plot of land with Kloostertuin and its own parking spaces (approx. 42 pieces). The sale is carried out by means of a tender procedure by means of a pre-selected public sale. This is not a formal tender. The municipality sells the object to the party with the best rezoning plan in combination with the purchase price.
