Description

Bei dem Gebäudekomplex handelt es sich um ein Schulgebäude, welches Ende der 1970er Jahre errichtet wurde. Nun soll eine vollständige Generalsanierung der Johannes-Hirspeck-Mittelschule, inkl. Schaffung einer barrierefreien Erschließung (Aufzug) sowie einer energetischen und brandschutztechnischen Ertüchtigung (Flucht-treppenhaus Ostfassade), erfolgen. Drei Seiten der Bestandsfassade werden ebenfalls energetisch saniert und mit neuen Fenstern / einer neuen Fassadenbekleidung versehen. Maßnahmen: - Herstellung neuer Sonnenschutzanlagen für 86 Fenster - ca. 83 Stück Aluminium-Lamellenstore (Einzelgröße von 89x176 bis 391x300 cm) - 3 Stück Schräg-Raffstoreanlagen - Ca. 86 Stück Raffstoreblenden (Einzelgröße von 89 cm bis 380 cm)
