The subject of the public contract is the solution of the inappropriate state of the internal environment in a part of the basement, the existing depository, in the listed building of the former armory. The set of measures includes, in particular, the remediation of masonry moisture in the form of pressure injection and the application of an active electroosmosis system. New ventilation of the designed premises and related modifications and additions to the technical equipment of the building are proposed. The solution is related to the construction work on the demolition of the original layout, the construction of new technological canals under the floor, the solution of new English courtyards and the internal layout of the basement. On the external facades, the existing elements are repaired and restored. The public contract also includes the dismantling, remanufacturing and reassembly of the existing storage racks of the depository. The subject of the public contract is also the elaboration of the project documentation of the actual execution of the construction, according to the relevant valid and effective legislation. The subject of performance of the public contract must be carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic and generally binding decrees applicable at the place of performance of the public contract, according to ČSN and technical standards related to the subject of performance.
