Description

The subject of the public contract is to solve the unsuitable state of the indoor environment in a part of the basement, the existing depository, in the listed building of the former armory. The package of measures includes, in particular, the remediation of masonry moisture by means of pressure injection and the application of an active electroosmosis system. New ventilation of the premises and related modifications and additions to the technical equipment of the building are proposed. Related to the solution are the construction works to demolish the original layout, the construction of new technological channels under the floor, the solution of new English courtyards and the interior layout of the basement. On the exterior facades, existing elements are repaired and restored. The contract also includes the dismantling, remanufacturing and reassembly of the existing shelves of the depository’s storage equipment. The subject of the public contract is also the elaboration of project documentation of the actual execution of the construction, according to the relevant valid and effective legislation. The subject of performance of the public contract must be carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic and generally binding decrees in force at the place of performance of the public contract, according to the ČSN and technical standards related to the subject of performance. Detailed definition of the subject of the public contract and technical conditions are contained in the project documentation for the implementation of the construction, which was prepared by ATELIER POLÁCH & BRAVENEC s.r.o., with its registered office at Mahlerova 15, 779 00 Olomouc, ID: 25870092, to the extent provided for by Decree No 169/2016 Coll., in the details for the implementation of the construction with an inventory of works, supplies and services with a statement of assessment, which form an integral part of the tender documentation as its Annex No 4 and No 5. The contracting authority requires the Contractor to evaluate and submit in its tender all the items set out in the inventory of works, supplies and services with a statement of assessment, which forms an integral part of the tender documentation under its Annex No 5 (all items in their entirety, not just a recapitulation).
