Contract for the performance of the tasks of technical inspector and manager of phase I of the Kecskemét CAMPUS investment.
Stage I of the CAMPUS investment in Kecskemét:
Preparation of construction design documentation and related planning tasks;
Obtaining a building permit on the basis of the complete export documentation required for the construction of Campus and the licence holder’s plans prepared in connection with licensing schedule II;
Main implementation tasks:
— Complete construction of an educational building,
— Construction of cellar levels in administrative and educational buildings,
— Underground construction work for mechanical underground buildings,
Public utility networks, road network development and environmental engineering.
The investment made will result in an independently functioning educational building.
Government Decree No 191/2009 of 191/2009 on construction work (IX. According to Section 16(2) of Government Decree No 15/1999, it facilitates and monitors compliance with the relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, standards, contracts and construction documentation throughout the entire process of construction construction work. The bidder shall perform its activities in compliance with Act LXXVIII of 1997 on the development and protection of the built environment.
But not limited to:
— Implementation tasks during the preparation, construction, project closure and guarantee phases,
— Performing technical inspection tasks during the preparation, construction, project closure and guarantee phases.
The tasks of the project manager, technical inspector and design inspector are detailed in the technical specifications.
