Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of printers, multifunction devices and scanners to Masaryk University under a framework contract. The outcome of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework contract between the contracting authority and the winning tenderer. The framework contract is concluded with a single tenderer on the understanding that all conditions of performance are specifically defined within the meaning of Section 92(1)(a) of the Act. The FWC is concluded for a period of 12 months starting from the signature of the framework contract. Within this period, the contracting authority will be entitled to award to the winning tenderer specific contracts for the performance of the lots specified in the framework contract, in each case by a written invitation to perform, which is a proposal for the conclusion of the contract and a written confirmation of this invitation by the tenderer, which is the acceptance of the draft contract.
