Description

DVZ M-V GmbH intends to conclude a framework contract on the basis of an EVB-IT service contract under which temporary development services can be retrieved in the form of qualified and specialised staff in the field of software development.NET and surrounding conceptual tasks that DVZ M-V GmbH carries out as an IT service provider for itself and its customers.
The basic duration of the framework contract is two years. DVZ-M-V GmbH is given the option to extend the contract for a maximum period of one year, but not more than twice.
The tasks to be performed are described in detail in Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference.
