Description

Grant for the delegation of the public service for the thermal treatment of household and similar waste from the Rennes Métropole territory, with a view to energy recovery (heat and electricity) through the operation of the Rennes Métropole Energy Recovery Plant (UVE). This contract also includes the pre-financing, design, construction and operation of a transfer site. The contract is divided into three phases: implementation phase of the transfer site; transfer phase - waste treatment during the shutdown period of the UVE for works via the constructed transfer site, and a site specific to the applicant; operation phase of the EVU and the transfer site after the EVU has been returned to service.
