DRIS advisory services
This procurement document contains information on the European procurement of the Province of Groningen in relation to DRIS advisory services. This invitation to tender concerns a public procurement procedure under the Public Procurement Act 2012. The Dynamic Travel Information System (DRIS) provides travellers with up-to-date travel information at major bus stops in Groningen and Drenthe. The management and maintenance of the system are managed by an external DRIS administrator. During the term of this agreement, the province of Groningen and the province of Drenthe wish to have an independent expert party that oversees the execution of the work by the DRIS manager, monitors the contractual performance and advises on the functioning and further development of the DRIS system. The assignment explicitly does not focus on the actual management and maintenance of the DRIS system, but on the advice, management, monitoring and support of the Client in the execution of the agreement with the DRIS manager. If you are interested in this contract, you must submit your tender by 1 p.m. on 5 November 2026.
