Description

1.1 The subject of the contract is to grant the Municipality of Słońsk a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 6,730,000.00 (in words: six million seven hundred and thirty thousand zlotys) to finance the planned budget deficit in the amount of 1,248,580 zlotys and repayment of loans and credits previously taken out in the amount of 5,481,420 zlotys. 1.2 Granting a loan in PLN. 1.3 Loan duration – 186 months (required). 1.4 The Seller will provide the possibility of early repayment of all or part of the loan without additional fees and commissions. 1.5 In the event of early repayment of part or all of the capital, interest will be charged on the actual debt. 1.6 Payment of interest on a quarterly basis, at the end of each quarter. First interest payment – 30/06/2025 1.7 Form of security for the loan – blank promissory note. 2. 2.1 The interest rate on the loan will be calculated quarterly on an annual basis at the WIBOR 3M variable interest rate, adjusted by the indicator adopted by the bidder and increased by the bank's margin. 2.2 The base rate for determining the offered interest rate on the loan will be the WIBOR amount for three-month interbank loans in PLN determined on the basis of the WIBOR 3M rate from the last business day of the quarter preceding the interest accrual period, i.e. 5,84 %. The loan interest rate will change once a quarter at the beginning of each quarter. The interest period shall cover a period of one quarter. 3. Repayment of the loan will take place in quarterly periods, according to the repayment schedule, constituting Annex 3 to the ToR.
