The subject of the contract is the collection and transport to the municipal installation indicated by the Ordering Party of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01) from all properties located within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Mrocza and the collection and management of separately collected municipal waste from all properties located within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Mrocza and the Separate Municipal Waste Collection Point in Ostrów in 2026-2027. In the case of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, the fee in the form of a subsidy will be paid by the Contracting Authority to the municipal installation to which the Contractor will deliver the above-mentioned waste. The contractor is obliged to calculate any gains or losses related to the management of municipal waste separately collected or collected in the price per 1 Mg of individual types of waste collected, collected and managed. The Contractor is also obliged to collect and manage bulky waste, clothing and textiles, waste electrical and electronic equipment and construction and demolition waste, including post-renovation waste.
