Description

Monetra Oulu Oy wants to map the market with a request for information. This is a preliminary market survey to determine whether there is an ERP system for interpretation and translation services that meets Monetra Oulu Oy’s needs. N.B. This is not a request to participate, a contract notice or a call for tenders, but a request for information. The request for information is not binding on any party involved. With this market survey, Monetra Oulu Oy does not commit to acquiring the system. Decisions on the launch of a possible procurement process are made after a market consultation. The purpose of the request for information is to map the suppliers on the market and the system solutions they offer. Monetra Oulu Oy has a unit providing interpretation and translation services, Monetra interpreter service (“interpreter service”). The interpreter service team consists of an extensive network of over 700 Interpreters and Translators, as well as an expert unit that coordinates the activities. The majority of interpreters and translators are subcontractors of the Interpreter Service. The largest client is the social and health care sector. The ERP system of interpreting and translation services is used to manage the ordering, coordination, communication and resourcing of Interpreting Services’ products (interpreting and translation services), inspection of assignment data, invoicing, fee calculations, statistics and reporting, which means that it acts as a system that guides practically all the interpreter services’ daily operations. The ERP system must act as an internal coordination and invoicing tool as well as an order channel for external users. User volumes move in tens of thousands of users. Monetra Oulu Oy wants to find out what kind of solutions could be found on the market at the moment. The user groups of the system are: — customers who place their orders in the system – the customer service that receives and processes order interpreters, translators and partner companies who receive and monitor the schedules of their orders and report executions – auditors who post-process orders and invoicing and commission payment information – invoicing agents that make up invoices in the system – customer invoicing inspectors who monitor invoiced booking reports. In addition, the system functions as a service quality monitoring and feedback system and includes extensive reporting functions. General requirements for the system: The system is delivered using the SaaS service model from the EU/EEA. The system is browser-operated and must be capable of being operated independently and 24 hours a day. The system is functionally and substrate sized to the scale of more than 10000 users and hundreds of thousands of charges. The system can be connected to payroll systems or other systems used by the customer through interfaces. The system and the supplier’s service model meet the requirements of GDPR and other up-to-date data protection legislation (such as the Act on the Protection of Privacy in Working Life and the Data Protection Act) for the processing of personal data throughout the life cycle of the product and for the duration of the service contract Suppliers who have an ERP system designed to coordinate interpretation and translation services are requested to provide a free-form written description of the system and its features. The description may also include a link to the demo environment or video material from the system. The respondents will receive more detailed information and questions via e-mail.
