The subject-matter of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6. Point 1 of the Forests Act of 28.9.1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2018, item 2129, as amended hereafter: ‘Forests Act’), which covers work on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and logging, grassland-agricultural management, to be carried out in the Pułtusk Forest District in 2020.
