Energy modernisation of buildings is part of the project entitled ‘Energy modernisation of public utility buildings in which social assistance tasks are carried out’, hereinafter referred to as the project, under sub-measure 4.3.1 Deep energy modernisation of public utility buildings – ITI of the Małopolskie Regional Operational Programme for 2014-2020. In the light of the above, all elements of the documentation must also be drawn up in accordance with the recommendations of the Managing Authority of the ROP MP for the years 2014-2020.
4. Precise description of the building, including information about the building, its location, information

(1) The Contractor shall be obliged to include in the tender all costs incurred in the performance of the subject-matter of the contract, including the costs of all arrangements.
(2) The Contractor will deliver the subject-matter of the contract by providing at his own expense the workforce, all the technical means needed to carry it out and all specialised services,
