Dans le cadre du projet «Inkasso» («Encaissement»), il s’agit d’évaluer un soumissionnaire adéquat, satisfaisant le mieux possible aux spécifications de CarPostal SA, telles qu’elles figurent dans le cahier des charges.
Les prestations fondamentales suivantes sont attendues de la part du soumissionnaire:
-Gestion des recouvrements
-Conventions de paiement par acomptes
-Recherches d’adresses
-Requêtes auprès des contrôles des habitants
-Réquisitions de poursuite et réquisitions de continuer la poursuite
La prestation complétera le processus d’encaissement existant de CarPostal.
