Contractul care va fi atribuit în cadrul procedurii de achiziție prin licitație deschisă constă în implementarea unui Sistem Informatic de calcul a volumului și complexității activităților procurorilor și parchetelor în cadrul Ministerului Public- Servicii IT, constând în totalitatea serviciilor pentru implementarea sistemului informatic, transferul de cunoștințe către utilizatori, precum și pentru garanție și suport, în conformitate cu cerințele din caietul de sarcini, însoţite de echipamente şi licenţe software necesare funcţionării sistemului informatic, în conformitate cu cerințele din caietul de sarcini.
