Touchscreens
The assignment concerns the delivery of touchscreens to the client. The Contractor carries out the assignment in accordance with the programme of requirements as set out in Annex 1. The following services are part of the contract: - Advice, delivery, assembly, installation, warranty and service provision and repair of the supplied touchscreens and related items such as elevators. - Site survey (viewing the spaces where the relevant touchscreens should be placed. This to avoid any problems during installation) in advance for new setups. - Maintenance and warranty handling of the touchscreens supplied by the contractor during the warranty period. - Training & training at the request of the client for employees and teachers of the client. The content of the training is determined in consultation. The aim of the assignment is to provide high-quality touchscreens in a practical way that have a very high degree of availability. The client wishes to have a total of approximately 84 touchscreens delivered. In addition, the client wishes to replace the touchscreens in the 10 to 15 rooms during the spring holidays 2026.
