The object of the public procurement is "supply" within the meaning of Article 3(1)(2) of the Public Procurement Act, and the selected contractor must ensure delivery, installation/installation, warranty service of laboratory equipment, divided into five lots: Lot № 1: Nd: YAG laser system emitting nanosecond pulses at a wavelength of 1064 nm for the needs of project D01-102/26.06.2025, NIS №3440, Extreme Light Research Infrastructure – ELI-ERIC-BG Lot № 2: Multisensory probe for determining the quality of water samples for the needs of project KP-06-PN-94/6 of 10.12.2025 Lot № 3: Low-temperature freezer (chest type) for the needs of project KP-06-KOST/4, NIS №4003 For lots № 4 and 5 will be awarded on the basis of Article 21(6) of the PPA, in conjunction with Article 20(4)(3) of the PPA, and the participants should not submit tenders for them. ​​​​​​​
