Description

DSB VM/OVL intends to construct 1 OVL contractor per lot by means of this framework contract for maintenance and construction of public lighting. The contractor will carry out the OVL work within a lot on the basis of the unit prices set out in the framework contract. It is a multi-annual contract, maintenance and construction of public lighting. For construction, VM/OVL projects and (integral) projects from or on behalf of other municipal authorities.
The work consists essentially of:
A. checking and maintaining the lighting system;
B. the organisation and operation of a 24/7 watchkeeping duty;
c. Safeguarding and repairing malfunctions and damage to the lighting installation;
D. Performance of group brake place;
E. securing, recovering and repairing collision damage;
F. the supply, replacement, removal, handling and fitting of masts, luminaires, switchboards, lamps and other parts/(small) equipment belonging to the installation;
g. Supply, removal and installation of energy cables, skippers and cable sleeves;
H. the provision of equipment and personnel;
I. facilitation of third parties.
