Framework contract Construction of elevator systems
Note: Not all information for this procedure were successfully computed. Please consult linked documents for more details.
Repair and modernization of existing elevator systems with up to 21 stops in existing residential and commercial buildings in Berlin. Parts of the existing systems must be dismantled in accordance with the specifications of the customer and renewed in accordance with the current regulations and ordinances. The GBUs available to the client must be observed. The modernization of lift systems takes place when a repair of individual plant components is not possible or not useful for technical and economic reasons. The technical and organizational planning / preparation and execution of the work are the responsibility of the contractor. After completion of the work, the contractor must ensure that the TÜV inspection is free of defects. After completion of the work, it is foreseen that the contractor may be contracted separately for the respective lift system for 2 years with the maintenance services, including the exemption of persons and minor maintenance work. The service is optional for the client. The contractor's scope of services also includes all services that are necessary for the necessary repair and modernization work. The construction takes place in the inhabited stock. This is a framework contract.
