Description of the service: As part of the planned refurbishment measure of the listed building Finanzbehörde Hamburg am Gänsemarkt, the existing floor subsidences in parts of the upper basement were extensively examined in order to be able to develop a sustainable refurbishment concept. This is proven by investigations of the sole constructions, crack patterns of the upper basement sole, upper basement sole lowering symptoms, breakthroughs of the upper basement sole construction, crack symptoms in partition walls standing on the upper basement sole, skew positions. In some areas, due to vault formations of the thin brick chip mortar floor construction, sufficient conditions are apparently already achieved - these vaults, however, are insufficient load-bearing conditions. The stability of the upper basement sole is not sufficiently demonstrable in the affected areas; As a result, it is planned to renovate the basement sole. // Essential works: Construction site equipment Protective measures Building Manufacturing Microbore piles Installation of construction-time safety measures Demolition of the prev.
