Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa rocznej pogwarancyjnej obsługi serwisowej dla aparatu RTG Digital Diagnost o nr seryjnym 13000345 dla Wojewódzkiego Wielospecjalistycznego Centrum Onkologii i Traumatologii im. M. Kopernika w Łodzi 2. Całość usługi/przedmiotu zamówienia należy wykonać zgodnie z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej zw. OPZ) stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ oraz wzorem umowy (załącznik nr 6 do SWZ). 3. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia należy odczytywać wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami treści dokumentu, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania wykonawców.
