1. The subject of the contract is the supply of furniture, chairs, benches and benches in two packages under the project ‘New infrastructure and equipment of workshops for practical subjects at the Gdańsk Medical University and Pomorskie Academy in Słupsk’ (RPPM.04.02.00-22-0003/16-00).
2. The subject of the contract consists of the following packages, described in detail in Annex 5 to this ToR:
— package 1 – furniture;
— package 2 – chairs, sofas, benches.
3. Details of the documents required, the conditions for implementation, the provisions of the agreement are set out in the ToR and its annexes.
