Description

The Works Packages to be carried out under this Framework Agreement shall relate in the main to an external works programme in relation to the Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS), Renfrewshire Council Housing Stock and former Renfrewshire Council Housing Stock purchased under the Right to Buy Scheme (RTB).
The framework agreement may also be utilised for the delivery of external works not related to SHQS compliance.
The anticipated spend under the framework agreement will be between 10M and 40M GBP however it is anticipated that the actual spend under the framework agreement will be closer to 20M GBP.
