Elaboration of Technical Project, Technical Assistance and Execution of works for the investment objective: CREATION OF MOBILITY CORIDER BY MODERNIZING STRES IN THE COMMON APAHIDA - STAGE 2" The acquisition covers: - Studies and Opinions, if applicable, Technical Project, Execution Details and Specifications, including verification by certified verifiers; - Ensuring technical assistance during the execution of the works, participation in all stages of project implementation as required by the ISC approved monitoring and control program, elaboration of the Site Provisions, elaboration of the Technical Book of the construction, etc. - Execution of all the works provided in the Technical Project. The duration of the provision of design services is 4 months from the date of issuing the order to start the provision of services. The duration of the works is maximum 32 months from the issuance of the order to start the works. The duration of the technical assistance services will be throughout the execution of the works to achieve the investment objective. a) Number of days until which clarifications can be requested: 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. b) The contracting authority will respond to any request for clarifications or information regarding the award documentation, at least 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, to the extent that the requests are submitted within the 18-day deadline.
