Description

This procurement includes the provision of services for the transport of mixed municipal waste and bio-waste (from green areas, parks and gardens), the metering of streets, pavements, squares and other public sites, the cleaning of villages, shafts and watercourses, winter snow cleaning and the maintenance of the inner street network of settlements in the municipality of Bansko. Performance of the contract should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of EU and national legislation in force, including environmental protection, sites and territories protected by law, national security and defence of the country and public order, sanitation, noise and fire requirements, occupational safety and safety rules, as well as in accordance with the technical specifications provided by the contracting authority in the tender documents and the ‘Technical proposal for performance of the contract’ submitted by the contractor in its tender. The collection and transport of industrial, hazardous and other wastes referred to in Article 2 (2) of the Waste Management Act (ZUO) are not subject to the contract.
