2. The contractor is required to deliver the subject-matter of the contract, together with information indicating the manufacturer as to the characteristics of the subject-matter of the contract, the rules governing security of use and the expiry dates. These requirements must appear on/in the package in the form of a leaflet (depending on the product), in accordance with the applicable legislation.
3. In the case of medicines items currently not available on the market (e.g. cessation of production), they should be valued at the last sale price and tick them as unavailable at the date of submission of the offer (e.g. listed in Annexes 2/1 – 2/24 under bundle or otherwise legible). The procurer will order these items only once the product is put back on sale, at the price offered.
4. The subject matter of the contract (any medicine) must be authorised on the Polish market – certificate of registration of the medicine. Note: it applies only to medicinal products available on the market at the time of submission of the offer.
