Description

The subject of the public contract is services consisting in the preparation of a feasibility study entitled Restoration of watercourses in the Jeseníky River Basin District of the Odra River, the Bělá River and its tributaries, the aim of which will be to prepare proposals for the revitalisation of watercourses in urban areas of municipalities, in the form of a specific solution for new water management (typically, these are projects of nature-based flood protection measures – hereinafter referred to as ‘PBPO’, with a significant application of the urban functions of the stream and its accessibility to people), i.e. for flows of orange sections in category B), including a specific specification of the award of works for the subsequent stages of the project documentation. At the same time, the study will bring criteria for the preservation, respectively for the preparation and implementation of measures, renaturation of streams in the open landscape, including landscape with partial territorial limits in the form of transport infrastructure, and will also draw up specific proposals for measures, i.e. for flows of green sections in category C), including the specification of the assignment of works for the subsequent stages of documentation. Part of the feasibility study is a hydrotechnical assessment of the flow state of the streams after the flood, after the implementation of security works and also for new proposals for the restoration of watercourses, both in the form of PBPO and classic water management modifications. The work will bring the final balance for the above mentioned states as well as an expression of the contribution of the proposed measures to the transformation and transfer of floods on the interest streams of the Jeseníky River Basin District of the Odra River.
