Description

In June 2019, the work of the Javelots installed on the tip of Villès Martin fell during the storm Miguel. This contract aims to design a new constructive mode of the work "Les Javelots" more resistant to wind, to the manufacture of the work, to its assembly and to its reinstallation on the tip of Villès-Martin. The services covered by this consultation are not allotments. The form chosen for performance of the contract is a single-awarded framework agreement giving rise to the issue of order forms with a minimum amount of EUR 200 000.00 excluding VAT and a maximum amount of EUR 350 000.00 excluding VAT. The contract is concluded for a period of 48 months from its notification in July 2025. Ideally, the buyer aims to install the work in early July 2026 if possible
