1. Przedmiotem zamówienia w niniejszym postępowaniu jest w szczególności: 1) dostawa ultrasonografu dla Zakładu Diagnostyki Obrazowej – 1 szt., 2) dostawa gastroskopu pediatrycznego – 1 szt., 3) dostawa ultrasonografu dla Bloku Operacyjnego – 1 szt., 4) dostawa kardiomonitorów z centralą nadzoru – 1 szt., 5) dostawa aparatu do detekcji węzła wartowniczego – 1 szt. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarto w szczególności w: 1) Formularzu parametrów technicznych stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ, 2) Wzorze umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 6 do SWZ.
